I'm Marina — a certified coach and bodyworker with a background in executive protection and defensive tactics. My work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and real-world skill-building.

I spent years working in high-stakes environments where calm under pressure wasn't a nice-to-have — it was the job. What I found is that the same skills that keep you steady in a crisis are the ones that transform how you move through everyday life.

The Artemis Method was born from that intersection. I don't teach women how to look strong. I help them access the strength that's already theirs.
